The question can rise
Where did the money to curb the spread of the
Cunning COVID-19 in The Gambia go to?
The Victims are suffering
Daily the dying
Hourly the spreading
Where is the money???

Where is the money???
Where is the money,
If patients who complaint for headache in quarantine centres
Can’t be provided with a mere "paracetamol"?
Where is the money???
If the food can't sustain even pets in the local hotels, what is been provided?
Where is the money???

All the victims have equal rights to treatment regardless of race, tribe, religion, clan, size, age, etc...

As a concern citizen
I remained shocked and surprised
Where did this huge amount reported to us land?
In the hospitals, quarantine centres, or wrong hands?
Did they use it to purchased cement or drugs?
It's obvious that I would write in distress
Because the cases remain escalating
And we are in a doubt
Never do I doubt the existence of Coronavirus
But I have always doubted the monetary muscles reported to be tied in the fight.

If victims speak in this peak of their voices,
What is hidden???
Where is the money to curb the vicious virus?
I feel so much ravaged because of those held dying.
Please, let's intensify the fight
Provide the health workers the necessary apparatus
The pride to improve and convert the COVID-19
Pandemic

In The Gambia the smiling coast
We are no more smiling
Because of the painful pandemic

Provide the money to fight the fight
I can't understand that the victims are been treated regularly
As we are always impressed by the health workers.
What is going wrong?
Where are the experts?
And where are the resources?
